Holy has no rotation in a damage dealer's sense. You have one bar of mana plus what your cooldowns give back, and the job is to turn it into as much healing as possible before the fight ends.
Before the pull
There is no pre-pull cast. Go in with a full bar and Inner Fire, Prayer of Fortitude and Prayer of Spirit up. Every simulated fight starts the same way, at full mana.
Spending the bar
Every healer rotation in our simulator follows one rule. While your mana percentage is above the share of the fight still to go, cast the expensive heal that heals the most per second. Once it falls below that line, cast the cheap heal that heals the most per mana point. The two meet as the fight ends on an empty bar. The same line works in a raid: half way through a fight with more than half your mana left, you can afford the big heal.
Priority
Read it top down: whenever a cast finishes, the first line whose condition is true is your next heal. The widget gives each line's casts a minute and how much healing goes missing without it.

- Your cooldowns, as soon as their mana fits in your bar. Shadowfiend, potions, runes, trinkets and Dark Sacrifice (Undead) share the widget's first line, with their worth together.
Renew (Rank 10) whenever it has dropped. It is instant, lasts 15 seconds and costs 369 mana after three points of
Mental Agility. On three minutes this line carries 1.8 %, with Renew up 90.0 % of the fight.
Greater Heal (Rank 5) while your mana is ahead of the line. After
Improved Healing it costs about three and a half times as much as Heal rank 2, and it heals far more per second of casting. Take the line away and a three-minute fight loses 33.9 %.
Heal (Rank 2) otherwise. At 174 mana it is your most efficient heal, worth 6.9 % on three minutes. Some fights take rank 3 instead.
On one minute the Horde build drops Renew and Heal. It casts Greater Heal all fight, and that one line is all of its healing.
More than one target
For a healer, three bosses change nothing. Nobody in our fights takes damage, and your party is the same Shaman, Druid, Warlock and Mage either way.
Healing a party is the other build, under the switch at the top of the page. There Renew goes on all five and Prayer of Healing, which heals the whole party, replaces Greater Heal as the expensive heal.
Cooldowns
Shadowfiend hits about ten times in 15 seconds, each hit worth 5 % of your maximum mana: about half a bar, every five minutes. The simulated priest calls it at the pull while the bar is still full, so part of that is probably wasted. In a raid, wait until you are at least half a bar down.- Major Mana Potion and Demonic Rune don't share a cooldown. Each has its own two minutes, so take both. The simulator uses each as soon as its whole gain fits in your bar, then again two minutes later if the fight lasts.
Dark Sacrifice (Undead only) pays out 1,600 + Spirit mana over 15 seconds for 1,600 health. Its 10-minute cooldown means one a fight, and it costs a global cooldown, so skip it on fights short enough to end with mana left.
Inner Focus, if your build has it, makes your next spell free. Our simulator presses it at the pull, and Shadowfiend spends it. In a raid, spend it on your most expensive cast.- Trinkets. Use
Talisman of Ascendance just before a run of big heals, since its stacks come from the heals you cast after it.
Serenity Field adds 72 Spirit for 15 seconds, which is regeneration and, through Spiritual Guidance, healing power.
Where the table lists
Lapidis Tankard of Tidesippe at the pull, that is the seated drink the game wouldn't let you use in combat (see the Gear page).
What your log should show
Line your Warcraft Logs cast counts up against this table. Our simulator heals targets at full health and counts every heal in full, so its casts and mana line up with a real log and its healing done won't.
On a three-minute fight, look for about 9.3 Greater Heals a minute against 12.0 Heals, with Greater Heal near 55.7 % of your healing. More Greater Heals than that means you will run dry early. Fewer means mana left over at the kill. Renew's crit reads 0 % because our simulator never lets it crit. Blizzard's 24 September notes say it can, so your log will show some.
Uptimes
Renew should be up about 90.0 % of a long fight on your main target. The two Ascendance lines are the Talisman's window and its stacks, up about 34.4 %.
